Anxiety and emotional difficulties can impact a student’s ability to learn, engage, and thrive in school. Schools play a key role in supporting mental wellbeing, and with the right strategies, children and young people can build resilience, manage stress, and stay engaged in their education.

How can I help?

I work directly with schools to provide workshops, staff training, and tailored support programmes aimed at reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, and addressing attendance issues related to stress and school avoidance.

I have an enhanced DBS registered on the update service and up to date safeguarding and PREVENT training.

Services for schools include:

✔ Anxiety management workshops for students
✔ Staff training on recognising and responding to anxiety in the classroom
✔ Parent information sessions on supporting anxious children at home
✔ Strategies for tackling Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA)
✔ Small group or one-to-one interventions for students struggling with stress and anxiety

✔ Tailored support outside of the school environment

Is this right for your school?

If your school is looking for practical, evidence-based ways to support student wellbeing and help children manage anxiety more effectively, I can tailor workshops and interventions to meet your specific needs.

Sessions can be delivered in person (within Norfolk and Suffolk) or online.
