I offer tailored support for young people aged 10-18 using a strengths-based approach that empowers them to develop resilience, manage emotions, and regain a sense of control. My sessions combine positive psychology and cognitive behavioural strategies, providing practical tools to navigate worries, build confidence, and develop a positive mindset. Where beneficial, hypnotherapy techniques may also be used to support relaxation and self-efficacy.
